Lamont Coleman, also known as Big L, was an American rapper from Harlem, New York. Born on May 30, 1974, Big L was one of the most talented and beloved MCs of the 90s. Unfortunately, his career and life were tragically cut short when he was murdered on February 15, 1999. His musical legacy, however, remains and his music continues to be appreciated by rap fans worldwide.
