Mack 10 released his self titled debut album June 20, 1995

Mack 10 burst onto the rap scene in the summer of 1995 with the release of his self-titled debut album. The lead single, “Foe Life”,was a smash hit and helped to solidify Mack 10’s place in the pantheon of great West Coast rappers. Featured on “Mack 10” were Westside Connection group members Ice cube and WC.  Mack 10’s signature style, which blended aggressive rhymes with smooth beats, quickly earned him a reputation as one of the West Coast’s hardest MC’s. Still can’t get enough of this gangsta sh*t?

He would follow up with two certified gold albums, “Based On A True Story”(1997) and “The Recipe”(1998), before starring in the West Coast hood classic “Thicker than Water”.
