Born Andre Romelle Young in California, Dr. Dre is a world-renowned rapper, producer, entrepreneur, and record executive. He began his career in hip-hop as part of the group, World Class Wreckin’ Cru, in 1984. Dre then co-founded the pioneering rap group N.W.A with Eazy E and Ice Cube in 1986. Subsequently, he went solo and released his iconic album, The Chronic, in 1992, which solidified his place in hip-hop history.
