KD’s Craft Beer Run | Grain Rooftop Beer Garden

SALUD! Up to this point, I’ve typically discussed craft breweries in cities I travel to or the ones around the Tampa Bay Area. However, I sincerely feel the need to highlight a really nice spot in Norfolk, VA that I hit up every time I touch down – Grain Rooftop Beer Garden.

This. Place. Is. Dope. I typically stay at the Hilton, The Main which is where Grain is located. Their rooftop patio and fire pit overlook the Waterside District. Honestly, the whole area is extremely proper but I highly recommend taking the elevator ride up to Grain – there’s absolutely no way you can’t fall in love with this place. They’ve got several taps, some cans, some bottles, a full bar, good service, live music, a solid food menu and a pretty ill view of the Elizabeth River. They’ve got really nice growlers, too, if you’re into beer-to-go. I could go on but it’s probably better if you check it out yourself. It’s a good vibe, just thank me later… Cheers!
