KD’s Craft Beer Run | Fait La Force Brewing

Written by on December 17, 2022

SALUD! Even though I live in Tampa Bay, it’s only a matter of time that I’m back home visiting Nashville. This time around, my guy Brian Carter (aka BC) and I had the chance to hit up Fait La Force Brewing. They’re located a few blocks south of downtown in the Wedgewood-Houston area aka “WeHo”. Let the record show that I did NOT approve this nickname.

Seriously though, this is a pretty cool spot and BC’s been telling me about it for months so I was glad to finally hit’em up. They’re perched on a hill and got a nice space. The decor gives it a retro-feel, which never gets old to me for whatever reason. If the weather was better – Nashville’s rainy and cold this time of year – we definitely would’ve hit the patio, which offers just enough of a view of the downtown skykline.

No complaints, though! I touched up a Belgian Strong Ale (Where the Ghouls Dwell), a Pilsner (Aloof Artist), a Saison (Nelson Fanfare), and a NEIPA (Dreamy Sedation). All in all, everything was solid or what some would call “middle of the road” and that worked for this visit. Next time I’m in town when it’s warm again, I’m hoping for more hazy IPAs, maybe some DIPAs, and hopefully some Sours… but stay tuned!

Thanks to the homie BC for joining me and thanks for having us FLFB… Cheers, y’all!
