KD’s Craft Beer Run | Anciet City Brewing

SALUD! I’ve always wanted to check out St. Augustine, FL, with it being one of the oldest cities in the country. The way history’s been painted or hidden or re-written, there’s always a chance of being disappointed in what “history” you actually find, especially for Black Americans. But that’s a whole different discussion I’ll save for later…

In any case, while in St. Augustine, I found a pretty solid spot – Ancient City Brewing. The bartender was cool, he pointed me in the direction of some other breweries in the area and I really enjoyed postin’ up, walking around the downtown area, and soakin’ up the culture. I had a Golden Ale (Galleon’s Golden Ale), Wild Ale (Key Lime Mixed Culture), a Porter (Castillo Coconut Porter), an Amber Ale (Augustine’s Orange Amber Ale), and an IPA (Anastasia Island IPA). It was a good time… Cheers!
