KD’s Craft Beer Run | Aslin Beer Company

SALUD! So any chance I get relatively close to an Aslin Beer Company taproom, I’m typically hittin’ it up – it’s a no brainer.

That said, during my trip last week up to the DMV area, I actually grabbed some half-pours (and a kale salad) at their spot in Alexandria when I touched down – Mind the Hop (DIPA), Master of Oranges (DIPA), Stellar Parallax (DIPA), Double Blasticity (DIPA), Math Mode (DIPA), Unicorn Vomit (TNEIPA), Jenerik (TIPA).

Then, while I was out in Reston, I grabbed a few 4-packs at their Herndon location – which has a pretty dope patio and rooftop!

On top of that, my guy Nolan and his wife Robin invited me out to their spot in Bowie. He knows I’m a fan of Aslin and actually had a couple 4-packs waiting on me – Master of Karate (DIPA) and Baby Shark (IPA) – so I was on a helluva run! Happy Anniversary to these love birds as well – 9 years strong!

As always, ABC does good work and they’re one of my favorite spots to hit up when in VA. Next time, I’ll have to hit their D.C. location and one of these days get up to their newest location in Pittsburg. Thanks as always for having me and for brewing delicious beers, y’all… Cheers!
